A true hidden gem!! This sushi spot is the definition of a hole-in-the-wall treasure!! We were in LA for a long layover and had a craving for sushi. The sushi is incredibly fresh and beautifully prepared, far exceeding what you’d expect from such an unassuming location. Every dish had clean flavors and thoughtful ... presentation, making it clear the chefs take real pride in their work. The service was just as impressive. Saloon Osaka is hands down my favorite spot in El Segundo. The shishito peppers were amazing and cooked perfectly. The Saloon Osaka Roll was out of this world and honestly one of the best rolls I have ever had. The prices are fantastic for the quality you get and everything feels crafted with care.
